Ketan Soni represents clients in divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, child custody, child support, domestic violence, and appeals in Charlotte, Raleigh, and the surrounding areas. Ketan practices divorce law to achieve the best possible result with a “big picture” view of each case.

Andrew Brendle has assisted clients with a broad range of business disputes, including breach of contracts, unfair and deceptive trade practices, fraud, restrictive covenants, and intellectual property. He also has an extensive background in family law including divorce, alimony, child custody and equitable distribution.

Judge David Strickland is active in the community serving on the Governor’s Crime Commission for 2 years. Judge Strickland has also volunteered at numerous elementary schools over the last 8 years spending 20 weeks a year running a truancy court program leading to increase in attendance for young children in school.
Jessica was born in Winston-Salem, NC. She moved to Charlotte, NC in 2004 to pursue her education. Jessica attended CPCC's Paralegal Technology program. Jessica has worked exclusively as a family law paralegal since 2008. In her free time, Jessica enjoys cheering on her beloved Carolina Panthers with her husband and fur-child, Hank.

Sara Grace is from Piedmont, SC, but has spent the last ten years in the Greater Charlotte area. She graduated from Hickory Ridge High School in 2018. In August of 2020, Sara Grace started in CPCC’s Paralegal Technology Program and will be graduating in December 2021 with an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Technology.
Sara Grace finds it important that each client who enters our office is met with compassion and understanding, as she understands that the need to come to our office is often nerve-racking. She wants to ensure that each client is welcomed into the office with kindness and empathy to their case.
In her free time, Sara Grace enjoys traveling, going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and watching the Charlotte Panthers and Boston Red Sox. She also tries to find time to showcase her artistic side with drawing and doing do-it-yourself projects.
